FAQ
Straight answers, no runaround.
Everything candidates and campaign managers ask us before signing, answered the way we’d want it answered.
Where can political candidates get a campaign website made?
Right here. Stone Forge Solutions specializes in websites for political candidates running for Congress, statewide office, the state legislature, and local seats. Tell us about your race, get a flat-rate quote, and you're live about three weeks after your intake is complete. Every site is custom-built, SEO-optimized, and deployed to hosting you own.
How fast can my campaign website launch?
Standard turnaround is 3 weeks from the date we receive your complete intake: final copy, images, logo, and brand info. Not 3 weeks from signing. The clock starts when we have everything. Need it faster? Let us know your date. Sometimes we can beat the standard timeline, but we can't promise rush delivery or availability, so ask early.
Do I actually own my campaign website?
Yes, completely. Your site is deployed to a hosting account you create and own, on your own domain. No vendor lock-in and no third party holding your site hostage. If our relationship ever ends, your site stays live and under your control. We build it and hand you the keys.
Can you connect my donation platform, like WinRed or Anedot?
Yes. Send us your donation link from Anedot, WinRed, or whatever platform you use and we wire it into your site. The donor checkout page itself stays on your platform, under your account, exactly where compliance wants it.
What if my campaign photos aren't great?
That's our specialty. We make less-than-perfect photos work with smart cropping, treatment, and layout. And when the photography is genuinely weak, we go design-forward instead: bold color, typography, and graphic elements carry the page rather than a big hero photo that draws the eye to a flaw.
Are revisions included?
One full round of revisions is included after we deliver the initial build. Send everything you'd like changed and we make the complete set of changes in one pass at no extra charge. Want more after that? We keep going at our hourly rate.
How much does a campaign website cost?
Every campaign is different, so we quote each project flat-rate and up front. No surprise invoices and no hourly meter running on the core build. Request a quote and you'll have your number fast, along with a prepay discount option.
Can your websites help my campaign get approved to send text messages?
Yes. Campaign texting in the U.S. runs through 10DLC registration, and carriers verify your campaign partly by reviewing your website: they look for things like a real privacy policy and clear opt-in disclosures. Our builds are 10DLC compliant out of the box, with the compliance elements verifiers look for, so your texting platform registration doesn't stall because of your website.
What is the website built with?
Next.js, the same modern framework used by some of the biggest sites on the internet. That means fast page loads, hardened security with no plugins to patch, and SEO-friendly structure out of the box. No WordPress, no page builders, no bloat.
Have you worked with political campaigns before?
Yes. We've built and delivered websites for congressional candidates, state representative campaigns, and statewide campaigns. One of our builds, sharmaforcongress.com, is still live if you want to see the real thing. We know the pace, the pressure, and the turnaround political work demands.
Do you only build websites for political campaigns?
Campaigns are our specialty and always our first priority, but no. We take on a limited number of small business and nonprofit builds too, on the same footing: custom Next.js site, flat-rate quote in writing, about 3 weeks from complete intake, one full revision round, and hosting and a domain you own outright. If you're not running for office, just pick that option in the quote form and tell us about your project.
What do you need from me to start?
A completed intake form: your copy (or bullet points if we're drafting it), your photos, your logo and brand colors, and your donation link. We send the form the day you sign, and your 3-week clock starts the moment it comes back complete.
